Students and adult sponsors will be sleeping in one of the gym areas. Girls in one gym and
boys in the other. Locker rooms will be available for showers. Below is a list of items you may
need for the conference.

• Sleeping bag
• Air mattress
• Pillow
• Clothes and shoes for indoor and outdoor physical activity
• Toiletries (tooth brush, paste, floss etc.)
• Towels
• Spending money (snack machines at school and concessions)
• Camera
• Any medications that you need
• Notebook/Pencils/ Pens

Each club is asked to prepare a display. These displays will be
featured in the main hall area for all clubs and visitors to look at.
Your display can have pictures of a service project your club did or
a special event. You may have what ever you want on your display
that describes your club.
